In full disclosure, I’m deleting any future commentary from Steve. As I’ve said in the comments, I simply don’t like him. He started off on the wrong foot months ago with his whole “I’m telling on you for using the Army logo” childishness. I have better things to do than waste my time on his kind. So, don’t even bother responding to him because it’ll look odd when I delete his comment and your reply remains. 
As with any business, I have the right to refuse service to anyone. I recommend that Steve go ahead and start his own blog. And before anyone cries about censorship, that’s exactly what it is. I really don’t care. I care when it’s being done by the government and your rights are being infringed, but not when it’s in my house. I censor what my kids say at and I’ll censor what the little kids say on this blog. Not because I disagree with it, because there are plenty of people here that disagree with me who are never censored. You have every right to leave and never come back. You have every right to go some place else where you can say whatever you want if you can’t respect me. Those are your freedoms. Exercise them!
No one is right 100% of the time and no one is wrong 100% of the time. Even me. I’ve admitted when I’ve made mistakes (the G.I. Bill and IAVA come to mind). I have no tolerance for people who won’t accept that the people they hate are sometimes right and the people they love are sometimes wrong. And Happy New Year.
Marcus: Okay, so we all know I love adding my two (hundred) cents to this kind of thing. I like to think of it as being a good Sergeant of Marines. Top brings the axe down, but the Sergeant is the one who will make you bleed to death.
I’m really fed up with CJ and I having to make posts like this. We really don’t ask much of those who decide to comment on what we write. Don’t curse, don’t be a complete retard (we do allow it to a certain point), be polite when you disagree, and pretty much everything else goes.
Not any more.
I’m going to put on my iron gauntlets and start smashing the hell out of people. Most of those that don’t agree with us will be fine. Keep doing as you usually do, CJ loves to put on his sarcastic hat from time to time. However, cross the line once and I’m pulling out the legendary Hammer of Thor and smiting you. I probably won’t even make much fanfare about it. All it takes is putting some basic info into the moderation filters, sending an email to CJ letting him know, and poof. You’re disappeared.
Go ahead and call me and my new policy what ever you want. I. Do. Not. Care. We pay the bills round these parts and I’m the sheriff. Don’t like it? Leave town. There will not be an election for a new sheriff until CJ decides I can’t do my job.

CJ…It’s your blog, censor where you will. If there is someone who is continually obnoxioous, rude, or crude; I think you have the right to eliminate the behavior. This is a blog, after all, not a public street corner.

David, you are the perfect example of how to disagree with substance. We disagree on a great deal of things, but unlike Steve and CF, you are able to recognize the small victories (and some major ones). And by recognizing and accepting those successes or positive moves in no way does it mean you have to like Bush. You can still feel he’s the worst president in the world.
I completely dislike Obama, but he’s achieved something historic. He supported the better G.I. Bill and recognized that at the time. I just have no patience for people who stick to the same exact argument regardless of the situation. Somehow, CF walks that very fine line and only gets my sarcastic “interpretations” some of the time when I’m fed up with it. Steve just started out on the wrong foot.

I do the same on my blog guys. I like some of the opposing opinions becuase it creates comment fodder and helps spawn dialogue, but when people act like hockey-helmet and oven-mit wearing, window licking ‘tards then I delete their comment and will trace their IPs to see where they are coming from. I don’t care, it is my blog and I am king of it. My readers don’t pay for it, vote me into running it so therefor have no say into it. If they don’t like it, well they can go pound sand and not read it. I am not a 1SG so I can win a popularity contest and I did not start a blog to make friends and influence people. I only care about the opinion of me from two types of people, and blog commentors are nowhere near one of those two.

Sorry I’m late getting to the party but yesterday was moving day, YAY!!
