The DOD does a great job of reaching out to military bloggers and giving us access to information that only traditionally media used to get. Initially, this was a pretty cool idea and I felt honored to participate. However, recently I just haven’t been interested in the topics. Consider the past few topics offered:

o the National Guard’s Mobile Learning Center (MLC) Program (boring!)
o the Afghan National Security Force Infrastructure (mundane!)
o Army Operating concept (AOC), 2016-2028 (prosaic!)
o The Afghan Hands program (drab!)
o U.S. Navy biomedical research and development (dull!)
o MEDFLAG 10, the ongoing humanitarian assistance exercise (vapid!)

I could go on and on. Seriously. Are those the topics you want to read about on a military blog? I’m thinking no. I would be bored trying to write something interesting about those topics. Then again, maybe I’m way off and these topics ARE of interest to you, our readers. So please help me by taking the following poll. Results will be presented to the DOD in the hopes they properly adjust their outreach to the audience.

If this poll doesn’t work, you can also go HERE to take the poll.
