It’s that time of year again when we work hard to send as many Girl Scout cookies to deployed troops as possible. This will be my last fundraiser before I deploy.

And I have some good news about the drive this year, potentially. The units that I’ve been supporting either just returned (III Corps) or they are the mail cut-off point (Afghanistan). So, that means you can nominate a unit to be the beneficiaries of this year’s drive. I’m looking for a unit in Iraq and a unit in Afghanistan with some longevity, if possible.

Individual boxes of cookies are $5 and cases are $50. You may sponsor as few or as many as you’d like. If you like to just donate a few dollars for postage, that is fine as well. You should be able to type in any amount with the donation button below.

It’s important that you know that I am not a non-profit. I am just a dude making this happen. However, I buy these cookies directly from the Girl Scouts, so I imagine you can claim that you donated to Girl Scouts, but I’m not a tax lawyer or CPA. I just to make sure you know that sending me money is basically on the honor system. Hopefully, my past performance of sending cookies and chocolates to troops speaks for itself about my integrity.

I’ll be collecting money until March 13th, at which time I will collect all the money, purchase the cookies, and ship them to the submitted addresses. The number of units I can support is obviously limited to the number of cookies I’m able to purchase. If you have any questions, just email me.
